Front Line Technical Support
Golden can help manage your technical support communications with Business Objects once a Technical Support case has been logged with Business Objects. Additionally, as a G.A.P. customer, you’ll receive 10 hours of Technical Support* annually and a 30% discount on any additional technical support services purchased.

*On site visits are billed in .5 day increments and remote support is billed in .5hr increments
