Aaron specializes in Crystal Report writing and teaches Crystal Reports classes, including Golden’s exclusive “Crystal Report Writing for ADP Enterprise eTime 5.x” courses.
Aaron studied Computer Science and Physics at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Before joining Golden Consulting Group in 2005, he taught high school math and also lived in Japan for 3 years while teaching English. Not surprisingly, Aaron loves to travel and also enjoys sailing, cycling, and rock climbing. |

Beth Ann specializes in custom report development and travels the country teaching Golden’s Workforce Timekeeper courses.
Prior to joining Golden in 2006, Beth Ann earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts and gained over a decade of experience providing training and technical support for custom software applications such as asset management software solutions for municipalities. When she’s not developing reports, Beth Ann enjoys her volunteer work with a local animal rescue organization. |

Founder and CEO Nancy Golden provides Crystal Reports development and teaches classes in mainframe technologies, BusinessObjects Web Intelligence, and Crystal Reports.
Nancy has a BA in Economics from Wellesley College and completed Bell Laboratories “Train the Trainer” program. Prior to founding Golden Consulting Group, her professional experience included work as a programmer, consultant, and trainer. Nancy spends her free time gardening and working on her house on Cape Cod, and at every opportunity, playing with her grandson in North Carolina. |

In addition to his report writing services, Moe teaches Golden’s Crystal Reports, Business Objects Web and Desktop Intelligence, Universe Design, Introduction to SQL, and numerous mainframe classes.
Moe earned a BS at the University of Arizon and a MS at American International College. He worked as a science teacher and then as a mainframe programmer and trainer at MassMutual before joining Golden in January 2000. In his free time, Moe can be found spending time with his grandchildren, reading or practicing his golf swing. |

Diane develops custom curricula and teaches classes for Crystal Reports, Workforce Timekeeper and other software packages.
Diane has a degree in Business Administration and is a Dale Carnegie graduate. With over 20 years of experience in Information Systems, Diane’s background prior to joining Golden in 2005 includes programming, web site and database design, and teaching. In her spare time, Diane can be found outdoors hiking, fishing, canoeing, orienteering, skiing, or caving. |

Jon is a certified instructor of the BusinessObjects Enterprise classes. In addition, he provides Crystal Reports development and takes the lead in many of Golden’s BusinessObjects implementations.
Jon’s education includes degrees in graphic design, and civil engineering and computer science. Prior to joining Golden in 2006, he gained over ten years of experience in managing and implementing projects and directing software application development for the Utilities and Government sectors. When he’s not on the job, Jon can be found golfing, fishing, or volunteering at his church. |

Garrett provides Business Objects consulting and is a certified instructor of BusinessObjects Enterprise and Crystal Reports classes. He also teaches Golden’s XML and Java courses.
After earning his BS in Electronics Engineering, Garrett gained experience providing training for the federal government and ProsoftTraining.com before joining Golden in 2002. In his free time, Garrett enjoys photography and the great outdoors. |

Alan is a Business Objects Enterprise Certified Consultant and Instructor for BusinessObjects Enterprise, Universe Design, XI R2 Migration, Crystal Reports, and Business Views courses.
Alan has a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Western New England College and an A.S. in Computer Information Systems. Prior to joining Golden in 1999, Alan gained experience working with sales, manufacturing, inventory, finance, forecasting and budgeting, and reporting systems. His repertoire also includes several database, programming and computer systems including SQL Server, Oracle and DB2 databases, .NET programming technologies. In his spare time, Alan enjoys hiking and woodworking. |
