Advanced Crystal Reports: Integrating Reports with Enterprise eTIME® (ET5220)
Course Description
An instructor-led course combines lecture, demonstration and hands-on practice exercises. This two-day course will teach you how to create custom reports specifically for the Enterprise eTIME® 5.x application. Designed for students who already know how to create Crystal Reports, including formulas, variables, and programming logic (ex. if-then-else). This course focuses on reports using the Enterprise eTIME® 5.x database. Students will learn how to edit existing Enterprise eTIME® 5.x reports and they will learn which Views and fields are best for completely customized reports. They will also learn all of the steps for setting up and running custom reports from within the Enterprise eTIME® 5.x application. The specific differences between reporting in Enterprise eTIME® 4.3, 5.0, 5.1 and 5.2 will be discussed.

- Customize Enterprise eTIME® standard reports
- Create a completely customized report from the Enterprise eTIME® database
- Duplicate and create new report setups in Enterprise eTIME ®
- Pass HyperFind results to a custom report
- Use standard Enterprise eTIME® options to pass values to Crystal Report parameters
- Create custom Enterprise eTIME® options
- Use views and fields for commonly customized reports such as hours by project, weekly schedules and accrual reports
